Very simple to set up and great video quality with nice features
Based on my own experience, this is really a good camera, it has all the features I need: easy to set up; high resolution no matter during day or night time; really quiet motor when using pan/tilt; easy to monitor the baby remotely, and also, the price is great with regard to product quality
This has been a "feature" since 2014 and foscam absolutely refuses to fix this
I didn’t need any complex features, so just linking it with the Foscam app on my iPhone a was very simple and straightforward process
This camera has a good image quality, very easy to do the initial setup and all basics features worked well

Just wish desktop monitoring software was better, and microphone quality is not as great as in previous model.
Really easy to install and setup; the video quality is excellent and the sound is also surprisingly good from such a small unit!We bought this to keep an eye on our dog during the day, as well as for security when his walker comes, etc.
They have one-click upgrade for firmware and robust cloud service, which suggests to me that FOSCAM will continueimproving their firmware and providing strong support for their products in the foreseeable future.
Upgraded the firmware in Firefox web-client, all the settings for recording to my WD Mybook Mirror NAS work great, and was even getting the email alerts
Upon receipt of the camera, it did not work straight from the box, the firmware was faulty

These Foscam cameras are designed full of security flaws
We bought the foscam a week ago, it arrived promptly and worked exactly as we expected
It either turns on prematurely and no button to shut it off manually or it turns on as intended but focuses on a bright surface lowering the exposure of everything which makes viewing at night as good as not even having
We've tested this several times and this is a serious security flaw in the camera!!
The camera works well, but this is one camera that they found 18 serious security flaws with.

Another improvement that I would suggest to Foscam is that the pan/tilt feature in Foscam app be more interactive, meaning when you press the pan/tilt aka (horizontal/vertical) button it should stop scrolling when you let the button go.

I do periodically experience some lag in the response to the pan/tilt control and the microphone function doesn't always work
Camera has excellent wide view, clear 1080p stream but the tilt and pan feature is not smooth, Often I have to press the directional buttons 6 or 7 times before the camera moves
I can view the images on my Android with Foscam App, I can Pan, Tilt & Zoom

The room has enough light to switch to normal mode and not IR mode but usually turns off around 2pm in the afternoon when the room is extremely bright with the afternoon sun covering the whole room.
Not everyone can put a camera in the perfect room corner to get a full
