Its beautiful, looks like a watch (which is what I wanted) and notifies me of things from my phone.

The Customer service is great as well, with an online chat feature that is quickly responsive.

It would also be nice if the app you use to sync with this watch was better

The watch is beautiful however not very use friendly and the dials on the side of the watch catch on everything.

i'm sure there is a learning curve, when everything needs to be established on the smart phone side of things instead of the watch itself like full version smart watches.

I was super disappointed in that too, it just seems like bad design.
