If you are normally a XL size 44 fits great.

I got a great size for my size and bust, however I will say these sports bra offer little support for the girls and are larger than your used to, at least for me

As other reviews suggested, I went up two sizes from my regular size and I do not regret it

For this reason I would advise a size up unless you are hang drying.
