This chair started off great, after 8 months of easy use in home office, the legs of the chair broke and now the entire chair is un-usable.

The chair broke on me however customer service was really fabulouse and helped me with fixing the problem

From the beginning, it had a problem where it would sink as you sit in it - every 15

Im very disappointed in the chair as I have to constantly lift the lever back to the top position as it sinks down too low to fit to my desk

Very easy to assemble, and everything works as it should.

I've been using it for the oast year and although the cushioning isnt as good as when i bought it, the leather is very easy to scratch so try to avoid hitting the arms against your desk

Somehow i put them but u was skeptical about them and as usual, the base sockets could not hold the wheels and they fell apart as soon as you put a little pressure on the chair

The only positives I could give for this chair is that the padding has held up and thus it is still reasonably comfortable
