They're wildly uncomfortable and without them the chair has started to squeak a bit, no doubt due to not enough support holding the back in place to the seat

only two complaints are the the back isn't high enough and the head rest turns into a sort of mid neck rest, and it's started sinking down if I raise it up all the way, so I have to keep raising it up if I want to stay at a comfortable height

Throughout the entire time I've had it, after a few hours of use (for home office), my back starts hurting

It has become very uncomfortable and I am already starting to shop for a new chair

When February started, one of the wheels broke off

From the beginning, it had a problem where it would sink as you sit in it - every 15

Im very disappointed in the chair as I have to constantly lift the lever back to the top position as it sinks down too low to fit to my desk

Very easy to assemble, and everything works as it should.

I've been using it for the oast year and although the cushioning isnt as good as when i bought it, the leather is very easy to scratch so try to avoid hitting the arms against your desk

Somehow i put them but u was skeptical about them and as usual, the base sockets could not hold the wheels and they fell apart as soon as you put a little pressure on the chair
