Purchased another of these from a different seller, unit arrived promptly & works great.

Very disappointing for a NaNa to let down her nine year grand daughter at her birthday dinner -

I purchased it for my grand-daughters birthday at her request!

I have read others state that there is not enough difference between Yellow and Red/Blue to warrant another game, but I would argue that the familiar story line to the show, where the kids can enact their favorite Ash and Pikachu, and also get the three basic Pokemon (Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle) for free is well worth it

I would recomend this game as a fairly innocent way to show kids that they have to strategize sometimes to solve problems, and also to work towards something they want
