This device uses the battery to function and will not work unless the battery is charged

Garmin has lost a potential customer selling useless devices/software.

The first device that was delivered was defective and there was some thing loose in the inside so returned it

This device was VERY precise

This is a very good Navigation device.

Device was refurbished and didn't work upon arrival, wouldn't connect through computer to be recognized by Garmin Express, couldn't download any maps, and also could no longer turn off by depressing off button per the support staff!

The device is easy to update, and the directions are clear.

I received the device today and it worked just fine until I performed a software update for the maps

Love the I/F with my mobile phone and the voice command.
