Love all the features...

It took me a while to learn how to use this model having had another Garmin with a smaller screen since 2008 but the more I use this one it has really nice features to make a driving trip more fun and secure, like warnings

Great value for a GPS, big screen, all the useful features, plus Garmin quality and support.

Able to update firmware and maps from PC very nice feature.

Improved features include speed warnings near school zones, better color warning when speed limit is exceeded, etc

On my old nuvi, I had downloaded different vehicle icons and voices to suit me, and I was mildly disappointed that this feature is no longer supported or available.

Of course the mapping is faster when you’re driving, but it also has some nice features.

She loves it especially the lane assist feature.

The "Real Directions" that gives landmarks and traffic lights is the most useful feature of any gps, ever.

very good car navigation companion with many good features.

I love the feature where it pops up and shows you the detailed exit ramp information when using a destination off a freeway.

I use the clip that uses the A/C heat vent and there isn't much room between the radio and the gauges so having this feature is nice.

new updated garmins have some very nice new features.

So far I like all the features and easy to read screen.

I like the features that show stores, gas stations etc.. on the display map.

My favorite feature though on this new version (my first one was many years old) is the chime that sounds when approaching school zones......nice to be extra aware of what's approaching.....

Nice feature is it tells which side of the road your destination is on when you get there

It does have some useful features.

To correct that when I go back there, it has a NEAT feature where you can indicate boundaries on the map for an area you want to avoid going into --- very cool --- so then it automatically takes you around --- keeping you from enter the area you designated as the "no go" area.

I always recommend garmin to family and friends for the excellent features and the reasonable interface.

I had no such problem, the battery works as it should and lasts a very long time (haven't tested it to see exactly how long, one of these days I will try just to see), although obviously if you're going on a long trip it's probably better to just keep it plugged in if you can

I dont really need the traffic notification, but having the map pulled up and encountering a problem, does afford an on-the-fly alternative route option to go around it.

Time will tell if its as great as I think after only using it once..

Further, the device does not update your current location on the map as fast as it should be, which gives a chance for missing a turn or an exit

My elderly aunt wanted this brand, and it is NOT user friendly, doesn't offer bypass routes, and simply didn't work as it said

The traffic info came i handy as it would let you know if there was an accident or roadwork ahead causing delays.
