I have a pair of these I bought to use my Wahoo Kickr smart trainers with Zwift, Trainerroad, etc.

It works better than I expected and is currently saving me from "needing" to buy a smart trainer which costs around $1K. I keep my laptop at about eye level and about 2-3 ft from my handle bars

My laptop (with this ANT Stick plugged) is located about 3 meters away from the Smart Trainer (without anything in-between) but I get stable connection between this ANT Stick and my Smart Trainer
