I love the fact that you do not have to change battery so often.
Love this and the fact I can swim or shower with it on!
I inserted it into my extra vivofit band, I like the less bulkiness of it, however, the fact that the new version on the 2 locks would be a great idea when working in the yard or places where it might decide it wants to be free!
I love the displays and the fact that you don't have to charge the battery for a year.
Love the fact that you can change the battery in it when it does die
works great .It is a good watch and tells you your activity and and steps and how well I sleep
Sounds cool before you get it... then after you realize you have an expensive ugly watch that pretty much only tells you how many steps you took that day.
This watch is defective and I can’t get a response from Amazon.
This watch is great and uses a watch battery and really lasts a long time
For me, the most helpful features are the goal steps that appear each day, the no-movement alerts, number of steps actually taken, calories burned, time-of-day, and the stop watch mechanism, which is helpful if I want to walk for a certain number of minutes
Nice device and the inactivity "reminder" is a good feature too.
Regardless of the features on the unit itself, if the Vivofit pops off and you lose it, those features are worthless
This really bums me out as I was looking for a watch alternative to my Fitbit and the features looked great -- but I'm just too unhappy with the performance and am going to have to return it.
Another nice feature about this tracker is that you do not have to take it off to bath or shower.
My favorite features of this watch are the sleep feature, the heart rate monitor and the steps
It is comfortable to wear, the app is easy to use and the my fitness pal is super handy!
The app you use with the Garmin is not nearly as functional and user friendly as the Fitbit app
Great tracker, the Garmin app (free) makes it worth it.
The only reason I gave it four instead of five is because 1) it doesn't have a silent alarm like the Fitbit charge and 2) the app can be a little confusing and hard to navigate
I like the app for my phone and it syncs with the fitness
This thing is too expensive not be able to do what a $20 pedometer can do
I had a fit bit that had to be charged and by far my favorite thing about this is no charging
Seems to be a good, not sure how accurate the pedometer is, the one negative thing is the watch is difficult to put on and take off, if the band end near the lock extended bit it might help.
Water resistance is always an iffy thing with me, but that's not really an issue with it
The best thing about this device is you NEVER have to charge it
I like several features including:1 year battery life, good daytime visibility, waterproof and secure wrist band.
I have a narrow wrist and lower arm, so the inflexible top hung over both sides of my arm
both my wrists and ankles are small so the straps work)
I liked this product, but...it really started to hurt my wrist after about 3 hours.
Another carp - the wristband is apparently designed to be worn on the left wrist; if you wear it on your right wrist, the function button is awkward to reach
I'm not hard on the unit, so I definitely don't think the screen should have developed scratches so soon!
The side button is a little tricky if you want to synch it to the app but it just takes some practice to figure out how to press and hold it to get to the right screen
Wish is had a brighter screen so you could see it better.
Downsides are I can't read the screen in the dark (not luminous), and not a lot of features.
Second, the screen, even with its "backlight" is hard for her to read
durable(e) be under $100The vivofit2 met my needs and works well.
I figure if Casio can make G-Shock watches that feel sturdy for the same price as these trackers, Garmin should be able to put a band on them that feels like it will last more than a month before tearing
Tracking reports on I phone well laid out.
Button is difficult to use in practice - to cycle screens - but especially long presses - required for start/stop, sync, HRM , require a finger under for support for the difficult top finger press

, only problem with this one is that it pushed me back on my weight loss program
I had been wanting one of these fitness watches for a while to help me with my weight loss

Not really for weight loss, been doing that without it and not for use running or exercising perse

is a HUGE plus!!The ease of switching (on the device) to time (which is always showing for me), date, steps walked, steps needed to walk to reach goal, miles walked and calories burned is a big plus!
also the number that shows for the calories burned is extremely inaccurate
* Breakdown of daily activities including steps taken, mtime asleep, calories burned and physical activities performed
My Garmin is comfortable to wear and I like that it gives me time & date as well as steps & calories burned
This is very user friendly through the day as well as on the desk top.
I don't know the cause of the sync problems - I suspect that it doesn't create a sufficiently strong signal to connect to my phone in order to save battery life
I gave the Vivofit 2 a 4 because of the syncing problem
Works great easy o use
I'm disappointed that I have to spend a lot of money on a Fitbit because garmin can't fix their sync problems
However, o returned it because the person I bought it for didn't like it because she thinks a fitbit will somehow be better
I have lost 12 pounds just by following its "red bar of shame" that appears when you need to move.
Works great easy o use
I walked nearly 6 million steps in a year with my Jawbone Up, and my fitness was improved so much that I lost 50 pounds and my resting heart rate is down to 52.
However, o returned it because the person I bought it for didn't like it because she thinks a fitbit will somehow be better
The only problem is the app for my phone, I have been using it for about 2 months, and I have lost 10 pounds, but the app has to be removed and re-installed every so often.
