I do like the improved sleep tracking which adds REM calculations to the deep and light sleep of earlier models.

Definitely not as nice to look at as the LED screen on your phone and watches like the Apple watch, but I prefer it for its better daylight visibility and vastly better battery life compared to those products.
The app that comes with it for viewing your stats on your phone is really solid as well, and battery life is phenomenal.
Battery life is fantastic though and once you replace the band with a nice soft silicone band without a buckle it is much more comfortable
I had no issues losing music into it, I use Google play music and just downloaded songs onto my computer then transferred them to the watch (more detailed directions on Garmin or various YouTube videos)

I enjoy listening music during my running while it is necessary to load a new music in mp3 format
There is also very limited music apps it actually supports.
The heart rate sensor on the back of the face is pretty accurate, I love storing music on my watch and using while I run, so I don't have to carry my phone with me at all
The one thing that I don't love about this watch is that it's usable screen space is about half the size of the actual watch face.
Now that I've been using the 3 Music for a few weeks, I better appreciate the lack of a raised bezel, as I suspect it might get in the way when swiping the screen.
I am sure that Garmin has a good reason for this (something to do with engineering and fitting the features in the watch), but I really wish I had the whole screen space to work with
