The box looked like it was housing a new item; but, once opened, I found the packing Styrofoam not to be in the best of condition and it was missing the oven turntable.

Item was broke and deffectived, doesnt work and was not able to send it back

I do not recommend ordering online such fragile items

We have been using this item for 1 year and a few weeks and it has already died on us

The item was damaged.

(I don't want to return it as I respect this company)
