Good product overall, just wish the color is a little darker.
I think I was expecting something quite special -- a wonderful soft lead, and a product with a lot of eye appeal.
That being said, the eraser is the most effective eraser I've used with 2Hs soooo, I'm not going to penalize the product for that hahaI draw every single day for an hour on average
I have finally graduated from the Ticonderoga #2 (a good product) to the high-quality pencil for adults
Natural cedar!)General Pencil Company by FAR has the best product (Made in USA as well!)
These were vastly superior, in terms of their ability to hold a point without breaking, their smooth writing, the look and feel (and smell!), and the precise, effective eraser.
The bare wood feels nice in your hand, gives comfortable grip when writing, and smells good (cedar) when you sharpen them.
Smooth sharpening and easy writing, especially box check offs.
Absolutely smooth writing -- and they keep a point quite well.
The softness does lead to easier writing and they're significantly easier on the hand through several hours of continued use
It's strange to write a review about pencils but these are the best pencils I've ever used
I have bee using these pencils for two years now to draw and write, by far the best pencil I have ever used
It's only a pencil, but ...these are by far the best pencils I have ever used!
the useless crappy wood used in cheap commie china pencils have the grain the wrong way
We were tired of cheap pencils that seemed to have the lead crooked inside the wood casing so that they'd break when used, or had erasers that left pink residue
I like good quality things even if it costs a little more like this one
the "lead" is always broken in 2 or 3 pieces inside the damn things.
Just some really, really nice pencils.(I never thought I would have so many great things to say about a 'lowly' pencil!)
The best thing about them is that they hold the edge on their point and wear down less frequently than many other similar pencils.
No breaks when sharpening (I do recommend using a good sharpener, but that's just good common sense with any pencil). This may seem weird, but my favorite thing about these is the AROMA
The lead is centered in the wood, so you get a good sharpened point
Absolutely smooth writing -- and they keep a point quite well.
My 7 and 9 year old boys were driving me nuts breaking the points of ordinary pencils, but they never manage break these and as a result the pencils last much longer since I'm sharpening them much less.
I have 3 grandkids who seem to always break the point on pencils-
They hold their point as a good number 2 can be expected to, and I can't really find anything bad to say about these pencils at all.
