the cooling system is very effective the card never got past 79c after over 3hrs of the division and i managed to get an overclock of 1420MHz stable, memory to 2200MHz

Further frustrating matters is the fact that the latest Aorus software version does not seem to work--the RGB fusion software that controls the LEDs remains stuck on startup with the message "Please Wait

My only complaint is that because it uses a dual exhaust system (hot air gets sent out both ends of the card, not just by the output ports), it might struggle to keep cool in some SFF cases

I remedied it on mine by adjusting one of the fans to pull hot air out from the front of the case, but not all cases allow for that.

For the price and rebate it isn't a bad buy for the Aorus
Maybe if it was just the strait Gigabyte Gaming 580 it a pass, but at this price for me it a good buy compare to the GTX 1060's.*****Edit, dropped it down from 5 stars to 1

For regular cases I am sure any of the RX580 lineup will do, but I have had good luck with two mid-level Gigabyte cards lasting and never failing, while a few other brands have failed over the years on me.
