My "new" [ rebuilt with Windows 7.1 and 32 Gb of DDR 3 Kingston Ram with a " clean re-install " is absolutely awesome and this Graphics Card is one of the reasons

Install was easy, needed network connection for it to install the driver but that went smooth.

The Ubuntu Radeon uninstall instructions at Ask Ubuntu worked well and the NVidia drivers were also an easy install

On Win 10, Catalyst and drivers uninstalled fine and the NVidia drivers installed OK

Clearly the issue was with Board/Software, Installed an old video card and everything worked as it should

It would happen when I was running a program as well as when the PC was idle.
