I thought since the 1060 was the budget card for this generation that it wouldn't be as good as a 970, so I bought one on ebay which had to be sent back - which was a good thing after finding out that the 1060 is just as good, if not better, than the 970 for almost $100 less

but I don't regret a single thing

Purchased this GPU for my girlfriend, no coil whine, full efficient and low noise she loves this thing

This totally could have some weird thing on my PC

This graphic card is great an easy to install even if you have Windows 7 like myself because I prefer Windows 7 the drivers automatically downloaded also have very good things to say about Amazon

cant say enough good things about this card

The only thing even slightly negative to say about this card is it is BIG

While this card surpasses my expectations, I must talk about a few things.

I told them that I would return the card if they would not "do the right thing"

There is another thing wrong with it too which is definitely the card/drivers/software

Almost no sound of the fan spinning is another awesome thing

I'd even say this thing is overkill for 1080p

This was a welcome upgrade from the gtx 750 that I was using and this thing is impressive

One thing I don't like is the gigabyte utility software, it's very clunky and not overall not good

I only regret not buying the 6GB version as I feel I'll get more use over time for newer games and streaming.
