Overall, Season 2 of "Girls" was pretty lackluster

This is the best season!

I really enjoyed the first season where the quirky characters delivered some great, cringe-worthy lines, and some parts were laugh-out loud funny

And in general (and like much of my criticism this is highly subjective) the self-centered actions and lack of self-awareness of the main characters just wasn't as funny this season.

Girls" season two has lost a lot of the raw energy and adolescent amorality that made the first season such a guilty pleasure to watch.

only complaint is that two seasons in, i still don't really care much for the characters as people

I think if you enjoyed the first season it's certainly worth watching once
