I loved the availability of using my phone in the UK with this device.

If you travel a quite a bit and stay in hotels, this is actually better, it is secure unlike the Hotel's WiFi, or a coffee shop such as the popular StarBucks

In Amsterdam I had two days of great service, on the third day I was randomly assigned to a bad partner, and finally I made a hideously expensive roaming call to their tech support who manually switched me over to a different carrier where the service worked again; the horrible error messages on the device didn't help

Loved the convenience it was a little slow to connect from time to time but overall did the job.

In fact I probably won't bother with buying additional SIM cards in the countries we'll be visiting as they have a number of plan options that supposedly work worldwide.

I disliked this GlocalMe because it did not work in other countries .

It doesn’t last long so prepare to cash in on a Glocalme package (very easy to do with a PayPal account) or add prepay SIM card in short order

I have been using the slim GlocalMe U2 for the past 6-9 months and really LOVE it
