Let me start with the fact that when the device works it works really well, however over the last 2.5 months the device is constantly dropping connections, and google support is uselessly having users repeat the same device resetting steps

Until you run into an issue and find NO help on the Interwebs and Google support was friendly but didn't think to ask some questions they should be prepared to answer

I had a problem last week and called google support.

ALL BEWARE of ( router 2-Pack) - Just spent 2 hours with Google support to find out you cannot have 2 google routers to create a mesh network ..

Update - very frustrating- Update from google that replied to my ticket - now Google Support sent email saying that 2 routers can be set up as mesh network - this was sent to me after I returned the two pack ..

Took an hour of explaining to google support until they finally understood there is a 2 pack of routers that only amazon sells (they kept trying to tell me I had 1 router and a point).

At least the kid from Google support was pretty nice.
