It's a perfect working compact unit.

Compact unit & versatile charging capabilities

This unit worked fine when It was first received, but stopped working after a couple of months of storage

Exactly what I needed works great nice little compact unit.

Additionally, I love that it has a traditional wall charger, two types of USB port charging opportunities as well as a car charging unit - which is vital.

When I contacted the company in 2020 after more than a year later, when the 2019 unit stopped working, they gave me the option of a replacement unit or complete refund.

Was really easy to use and unit just feels like a quality product.

Overall, it’s a good unit compared to other models at Amazon in terms of power level and performance.

I bought this unit for my wife because I don't want her to be stranded, and she hates jump starting cars

It has an LED flashlight that you have to push hard to operate, but this is good that you are not going to turn it on by accident and end up with a dead unit when you need it

know if it’s user error because the directions don’t match up with how the thing operates or I got a bad unit

I guess if you have a second person it would work, and I realize the longer length of cable the more current would be needed but still, what is supplied is ridiculously short, in what appears to be an otherwise good unit.
