Now the cons; like I said, the 4 is great, but I would NEVER buy from this seller again, the camera came with a cheap after-market battery with dimensions that are slightly smaller than the original battery

In conclusion, I would highly recommend just getting another camera if you can or if you need a GoPro don't waste your time with a "refurbished" model, just buy a new one to attempt to mitigate these issues.
