I've had this griddle for over 2 months and it is working great.

Non-stick works well enough but don't expect to be able to fry an egg without oil past the first use.

Next time put the heat at half (gas range) and perfect-o.

It does work great for French Toast and Grilled Cheese sandwiches but does not heat evenly leaving the areas outside of the round burner less cooked.

I would recommend this as a gift or for yourself!

Perfect gift for my husband--he loves it!

Gift for daughter-in-law, she says it works great.

It's a wonderful Mothers Day gift.

I love it, but I only use it for warming up flour tortillas nothing else, I tried making pancakes on it & they got

have used it 4 times and middle is now wobbly and uneven on the stove top.

On the other hand... when heated, this pan warps almost immediately, so there is not a flat surface presented to the stove top

Also, the pan is so lightweight that it spins and moves on an electric stove top.

Unfortunately, the pan has warped slightly where the bottom is no longer flat - only the very center now touches the flat electric stove top

This is an excellent size without dominating the cooktop and it makes awesome toast

It was a decent size…enough to throw several eggs on at one time.

It's a perfect size for 4 standard size sliced of bread or pancakes of reasonable diameter.

Love this griddle, which I added to my set of Gotham steel pots and pans

After a few weeks use, I find this griddle to be very good, using steel utensils

However, this griddle has some stains from when the food burned.

Also, the griddle has warped, and won't stand still when I flip food unless I hold the hot handle

It is a great griddle non stick and is what it is non stick

We are still using the skillet but have decided not to but the set because if mediocre quality.

The quality of the make is also cheap - the handle, the edges of the griddle etc

Lousy quality.

I recommend you spend more money to buy a better quality pan.

There are other brands out there with better product for the same money.

Frankly, Amazon should be embarrassed to endorse such a ridiculously poor product.

Food slides around freely on this griddle, so your pancakes are perfect; never broken because of a sticking situation.

Makes great pancakes and never sticks and so easy to clean!

It might take a little longer to cook your food, but you will not burn the food, and you won't find yourself with food that sticks to the pan

A very simple thing just wash the pan in warm sudsy water, rinse and dry well with a paper towel

I even clean with hard things to remove the black stains but no luck.leaving2 star cause scratching doesn't effect the material

After that, things stuck and the pan is miserable to clean.

This as a perfect pan for cooking everything from pancakes, eggs to steak.

You CANNOT make any omelette or over easy eggs in them without some butter or something

Just wish that the sides were a little deeper, can't do more than 5 scrambled eggs for fear it will over flow.
