We are happy with the phones GXP2170 and UCM6204 PBX product

It is still a good product at an excellent price.

Although the product is terrific, the installation was hampered a bit because this was obviously a returned item since it had a customer configuration installed

Be warned though Grandstream does not support products sold outside of their Approved Certified Partners Channel

Bad product and bad customers service.

This is an excellent product

The 2170 has a GREAT color display and is a solid product
