They are very complementary to my Calphalon stainless steel pans.

It takes 2 minutes longer for the food to cook, a small price to pay in exchange for having to scrub my old stainless steel pan with Brillo each time we used it.

Wish I could find a good carbon steel pan in the same shape.

Still working as when we bought it.. it is now 11/12/19!
