When you fry bacon and it sticks, that is POOR non-stick performance

This product works very well if not better than toxic non-stick and now has become my favorite pan int he kitchen.

It is a nice size, the non-stick works great and the pan cleans up easily after use.

They do not disappoint, non-stick like you wouldn't believe, quick even heating, and I love having the small 1 qt pot, perfect for so many little things that you don't want to used a larger pot for (like gravy, sauces, etc.).

I also like the fact that it is a much healthy alternative to coated pans and as much as I like cast iron, it just isn't practical where I live right now
