The flash would have been fine but the burns/weak welds make tearing a problem and for the price should have been perfect

They came with plastic defects weak welds/burns and flash

Although item didn't work l, the costumer experience was very good

These grips were awesome l, however they do begin to fade with heavy use and become very slippery

The L and R buttons are just kinda lame on the Gamestop XBOX, and feel crappy.

I am using the original black Xbox 360 controller, and it is not the one with the improved D-pad

this just works =D
