Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock Bundle

    • The songs are so much fun, most of them I've listen to through out my life.
    • Songs are good classic songs
    • No downloadable songs, but looking at their pricing on the 360, I don't think I'm missing much
    • the illusion is there and the songs are very cool... only a few songs on
    • Finally I am annoyed that the songs with words someone somewhere deems inappropriate are censored, I've never been a fan of art being censored and despite their wanting a Teen rating I still
    • Well, according to wikipedia, starting sometime soon, the wii will start offering downloadable songs as well.
    • Every song was awesome.
    • Guitar Hero II fixed this problem, but was comprised mainly of poor-quality cover versions of great songs
    • We can't seem to figure out how to get more songs available to play.
    • My friend says that you have to play ALL five songs well enough to pass and then you get access to more songs, but, do I have to do that every time I want to play a different song
    • But I love the songs (I LOVE being able to jam to all the old classic rock songs
    • My favorite song to play turned out to be "Stricken" by Disturbed (a metal song), and I am definitely NOT a metal fan
    • Most people I have discussed the game with rather would stick with Guitar Hero 2 because of the poor song list in this game
    • I mean, two great songs that I love and couldn't wait to play along with are butchered in the vocal department.
    • Yay more songs
    • " Part 1 and 2 by The Isley Brothers is one of the best guitar songs out there, and I dont see songs like that on the lists
    • The songs are fun to play and I love how its challenging.
    • They definitely spent the development dollars where it counts and spent the rest on great songs!
    • However with a guitar controller and cool rock songs
    • Choice of songs for classic bands - The Who, Aerosmith, and Blue Oyster Cult used less popular songs than I would have liked
    • It's not as easy as it looks, and the songs are great for baby boomers.
    • I mean, two great songs that I love and couldn't wait to play along with are butchered in the vocal department.
    • My favorite song to play turned out to be "Stricken" by Disturbed (a metal song), and I am definitely NOT a metal fan
    • I stink and haven't made it past my first EASY song
    • they didnt want to pay the big bucks for the good songs).
    • Besides the look and feel of the game, the songs sound great as they are not cheap covers
    • It is when they butcher the vocals of the classic Stevie Ray Vaughn song "Pride and Joy" or have a comical Adam Sandler sound-a-like to record ZZ-Top's "La Grange".
    • Some songs are free
    • To The Jungle and the debut of The Red Hot Chili Peppers on the game series with Suck My Kiss from Blood Sugar Sex Magik, to 70's legendary songs from Alice Cooper on School's Out and the great Santana with Black Magic Woman and the Kiss party anthem Rock & Roll All Night
    • Or perhaps Activision could still meet the needs of the Wii faithful, but producing a Greatest Hits expansion disc that one could purchase for $10-$20 USD that would contain most of the hottest selling songs available on the other consoles
    • Great product for kids 7-17, and the songs are great for those who like Classic Rock
    • I only wonder how the young adults catch on so fast and know these songs so well.
    • There are also a lot of great songs here this time that are truly to the hard cores of metal and hard rock that range from Rap like The Beastie Boys classic Sabatoge, Guns N
    • and you get more difficult bonus songs if you are REALLY good
    • The songs are more technically intricate than in previous versions and the story-line is engaging
    • This game is great - over 70 songs from various artists
    • Personally, I like the songs better than in GH2, but honestly that doesn't really say much
    • The songs are great but it ends there.
    • In fact, when I listen to the radio now, and here a classic rock song, I think about how I could be playing it on GH.But therein lies the rub because, unlike the PS3 version, I cannot update the built-in songs on the Wii version
    • The set lists make sense, the story is good, and you just want to keep playing the same song over and over to earn 5 stars on every song!PLUS: You don't have to use wii points to get more bonus tracks and there are additional songs available in each set list in a two-player format
    • Still it retains its charm and even though the amazing song "through the fire and flames" will make your wii wii burn, after playing it for a bit you just cant help but love everytime you hear dragonforce on your local alternative radio station!
    • It's great having our kids play our favorite songs of our younger days
    • I love the song sthey put on here and the 4 different difficulty levels you can use
    • The only complaint I have so far is that the last song on the Hard Level is damn near impossible.
    • I really like the guitar, the wireless is great and the joystick works well when loading the game, also they have some pretty cool new songs :P
    • Minor issues aside (not that impressive of visuals and some crappy songs
    • Otherwise, the game arrived on time, in excellent condition, and has some great songs.
    • You can play a song that seems incredibly easy and then be ready to smash your TV with the guitar out of frustration the next song.
    • This is an online game, so you can play against people online and they claim that at some point additional songs will be available to purchase (not likely). The new feature for this one is the battle mode
    • it is not only fun, but also entertaining with a great song selection.
    • Still it retains its charm and even though the amazing song "through the fire and flames" will make your wii wii burn, after playing it for a bit you just cant help but love everytime you hear dragonforce on your local alternative radio station!
    • Also, Jazz makes its long-overdue debut in GHIII, with Eric Johnson's Cliffs of Dover, which is my favorite song in the game
    • I've played one easy song for two hours and enjoyed myself immensely
    • The song selecion is good, too -- almost all the regular songs are fun to play (exceptions are due to personal taste, as we all have our opinions on this).
