Although it charges phone just fine, the Galaxy Note 4 can only be fast charged through traditional corded plug.

Also the note 4 heartbeat sensor has issues because the case is a bit bigger by a small amount to disrupt heart beat monitor

Quick Note- Be gentle with it, some people were not so gentle and cracked it.
