As much as I loved the fact my old kettle kettle lasted this long, it stood out as a bit of an eyesore on our counter (made out of white, heatable plastic).

I like the fact that it emits a beeping noise when it's done, However, I would have liked it more if the noise was a bit louder, or maybe a bit more consistent so I could hear it if I am further away from it

This isn't a deal-breaker for me, as I don't struggle with lifting or moving heavy objects, but my mother or grandmother would probably struggle quite a bit with it

I do not like scalding hot water and many kettles will heat to boiling temps and I have to wait until it cools down a bit

One minor complaint - I would love it if the beep to let you know it's finished was a bit louder!

If there is some minor water stains, you can add a bit of vinegar to water and boil to clean

Very convenient and heats to boil a bit quicker than my tea pot on the stove, which I put away
