This is as good a grinder as I've had in the past 20 years, and the price is much easier to swallow than a lot of others on offer that don't seem to work as well.

I used to have such a model long ago and what is different with this model is the tucked in brush and the quiet motor.

After the motor in my previous model of Hamilton Beach grinder wore out after years of service, and not being satisfied with another grinder, I decided to get another one

The blades are sharp, the motor is strong and materials do not get bound up in the container.

We had an older Hamilton Beach brand that finally broke, motor still worked but you had to hold down the lid to grind, it was probably 10 yrs old and was used just about every day
