The flavor of the coffee is far better than k cups and the single cup brewer is a very handy feature

What it gave the overall all five but only had the product for two months and the power button broke along with the switch to switch it from Singapore to pot would not work any longer headed returned for a replacement other than that we are satisfied

The two way brew was great at first being able to brew bold coffee in single cup or full pot which we really like

I’m not entirely convinced the “strong” brew button makes much difference though it does seem to slow down the brewing

Great for single or pot downside it cant do both at same time but has options for stronger and weaker which I love as well as if left on will keep coffee hot!

I like the dual feature, (single serving or full pot) and saving money using my own ground coffee / basket Instead of pods

Even the single serve side brewer uses your own ground coffee, NO pods

We still have the option to do a single cup, but instead of expensive, wasteful, plasticky pods, we just dump a little of our coffee of choice into the reusable filter

It is best to use a paper filter like for k-cups or the soft pods.

Don’t have to buy expensive pods it uses any loose coffee or tea

The regular "shorter" ones allow for the coffee grinds to get through

how much coffee grinds you put in, if you put too much it will get grinds in your coffee

It took a few tries to get the coffee grinds to cup ratio right, because this brewer seems to make a nice strong cup/pot, but since finding the balance I can honestly say this machine is the right fit for me

I had already trashed the original box.

Comes in a tacky brown cardboard box not in the decorative box displayed.

The box was damaged and the back of the coffee maker has scratches on it.
