I love the idea of how simple it is to take just the amount of coffee you want

Cool idea to dispense coffee, but awkward execution of the design.

Cute idea but eliminating the coffee pot only creates problems and dirties other parts

I liked the idea of not having a carafe sitting on a heating element for several hours and instead being able to dispense coffee by pushing the mug against the lever.

not worth the money....very difficult to clean and the coffee does not taste as should...almost a bland watery coffee flavor!This coffee pot has great idea with a holding container to keep coffee hot...however it needs more filtering!

I did alot of research on coffee makers before buying this one, and decided to go with it because I wanted one that would keep my coffee hot but loved the idea of not having a separate carafe to wash everyday, and being able to pour straight into my to go mug

and I so wanted to love it as the idea of no carafe is very appealing.

The idea of dispensing the coffee rather that than having to pour it from a carafe is a great idea

but I love the brew station idea at home,

Kudos to the designers at Hamilton Beach for taking a clever idea and making it much, much better.

Heating plastic that your coffee is sitting in all day doesn't strike me as a great idea

I like the idea and execution of no actual coffee pot, also having 3 main removable components has allowed for "lesser" able coffee makers in my home (sorry babe) to make coffee without a critical error of adding grinds in little small places they don't belong that directly contributed to a massive failure of my MUCH more expensive maker

My first experience with this coffee maker was at a rental home in Florida, and I liked the idea of not having a carafe that can break.

I was really disappointed in this maker as the idea of no glass carafe really appealed to me, but I can't keep pouring coffee all over my kitchen!

but when I saw this "carafe-less" coffe maker it seemed like a great idea since its price is equal to only about 3 carafes

love the idea of no pot, but one thing is the 4 hour length of time from brewing to shut off.

This is a good idea and a better idea would be to allow the overflow water to instead enter an overflow chamber once the 12 Cup max limit is reached.

Hamilton Beach sent me a lovely e-mail telling me how great their company was, and it's still on Amazon

The only complaint I would have is that although it does fit perfectly under my cabinet, I have to pull it all the way to the edge of my counter when I am removing the basket and used coffee grounds, as well as when I am setting it up with fresh coffee and grounds.

This is hard to clean up as we have a tile and grout counter top and the coffee stains the grout

I hope to enjoy this one as long as I enjoyed my first machine!

I don't like a of clutter on my countertop and this filled the bill.

This one has all the great features described and makes a great pot of coffee in a flash... as well as keeps it warm without scalding it.
