I tried this because I read so many reviews where people were loyal to Brew Stations

What I learned from the reviews is, people are very picky.

People can get a little crazy about their coffee

Some people have complained about the noise of this model.

And two is that people that are unfamiliar with it find it difficult to get the coffee out of the pot

Its dead simple people, quit trying to make something out of nothing and waste peoples time with your negative reviews

Some people have been complaining that they are also spilling water all over the counter when filling the water from the tank into the unit.

This coffee pot is fantastic, don't know what people are complaining about

It's probably some safety feature for stupid people who probably shouldn't be operating this kind of complicated machinery anyway

It's super easy to fill (I don't understand why some people are having a problem with that - works way better than filling from my previous coffee maker).I particularly love the four hour keep warm option

These reasons may be a little bit personal to me as far as it being where I have to keep the coffee maker, but I think enough people also keep one on their kitchen counter, tucked away under the upper cabinets

And if you want a more robust cup o' joe, you can press the brew strength button for BOLD before brewing.

I love it over our old cheap-o from Walmart

the only thing that i can find wrong is that the coffe holder [pot] l starts to leak after about 2 to 3 years of use [ it leaks aruond the bottom seal.
