She loves all the easy to use features and loves the great coffee it brews

what is important is the pitcher so on the slow mornings when I wanna sit for 4 hours sipping a coffee cup reading the wallstreet journal I have the best feature keep crafe warm which if your me and you read the wallstreet journal for 2 hours that really makes my day

and I especially like how hot the "warmer" feature keeps the pot until I am finished for the day.

We make one pot of coffee in the morning then enjoy the one cup feature if we want more later.

The K-cup side has the cool feature of short or tall cups and it's easy enough to fill the cup with the amount of water needed then pour it in the basket, because the clouded plastic measure is hard to see when your pouring water in front of it

For the most part, this is a great machine allowing you to make a pot or a single cup of coffee; sadly the single cup dispenser broke soon after it's first use, the clip holding the two pieces together snapped off - it is still functional and the coffee is still good; Love the program features that allow bold or regular, single of full pot; would buy again

The coolest feature that this coffee maker came with was being able to program when to have coffee made in the morning!

A separate reservoir for several cups of pod coffee (small/large setting?) would be an excellent feature

I love all the features but the thing I like best is that the single cup and 12 cup are totally separate from each other so you can make one with interfering with the other.

I love the bold brew feature and the deep filter basket (I like my coffee STRONG).

The only missing feature is a tone to let you know when the brew is finished or the 2 hour warmer goes off.

We can't poor a cup of coffee without losing half the coffee from it leaking out as it is going into the cup
