The machine itself is very attractive, a little larger than I anticipated, yet smaller than a standard coffee maker and Keurig on the counter at the same time.

I believe this is a good machine and hopefully it will hold up for a few years on the road.

My machine broke after 3 months the kureg part that punches the pouch broke off

It started leaking from the bottom of the machine hot water

I love this coffee machine if you are in a hurry have a pod have someone over make a pot love it.

I will say first, this is a very good machine and I felt it was worth the money.

This machine without creamer was barely hot and with cold creamer goes to room temperature

Firstly it is the slowest brewing machine ever

For the most part, this is a great machine allowing you to make a pot or a single cup of coffee; sadly the single cup dispenser broke soon after it's first use, the clip holding the two pieces together snapped off - it is still functional and the coffee is still good; Love the program features that allow bold or regular, single of full pot; would buy again

I have attempted multiple resolutions and Hamilton Beach seems to think their machine is perfect and there is nothing wrong with it

LOVE this machine!

It is quick brewing, keeps the carafe hot and you can see the level of water you just poured (unlike my older, more expensive machine where I could not view the water level)

When I would use the separate cup for grounds, the machine always seemed to clog
