This is not a hot plate under the pot, just a stainless steel pot, so depending on how long it sits there, it might not be hot enough for some people

My only suggestion would to add a warming plate on the pot side.

Since I have purchased this coffee maker the hot plate never stayed hot

What I didn't like and didn't find out until after purchase was that there was no hot plate to keep the coffee warm.

The warming plate is peeling off, the writing on the brew button has worn off and the main reservoir lid has warped.

With the clock not working, the internal timer doesn't work to turn off the hot plate after a certain amount of time

Mine came in the mail damaged the hot plate full of scratches

We were drawn to this one because it has a thermal carafe rather than a hot plate for keeping coffee warm - a kinder treatment if you are particular about your coffee

As you can not turn on just the hot plate to warm it back up

Less than a year after we purchased this the top to the fill reservior is warped and the hot plate is cracked.

There is no hot plate under the carafe

The only thing I would change about this product is a way to keep the carafe on like a hot plate with a separate on/off switch

This is replacement due to the pot warmer plate cracking after 2 months

We can't poor a cup of coffee without losing half the coffee from it leaking out as it is going into the cup

Works as it is supposed to.

The time works as it should and the k-cup side works extremely well
