This item blew it's motor on first use

Great item

I couldn’t return it back to Amazon and when I called Hamilton Beach (1 year warranty) nothing was in stock to replace the defective item!

Item arrived on time the box wasn’t damaged but the bottom of the item was cracked

It was a great item but not what I was looking for.

Item was defective

The item is cheap, arrived broken, and they have a joke of a customer service

I bought this exact item about 13 months ago, and I loved it

All in all, this is a good item to have in your pantry to get you through some light work, or a gift to those just starting out

This item works as expected

I believe this was a defective item and hopefully someone can do something about

This items plastic stem broke on the second use
