Dr. Seuss always favorite......children can read easily...hard pages...small book size....perfit for travel..

It's a good length for this age, introduces him to the stories, and will allow me to bring in the fuller length books when he's older and has more of an attention span/won't rip the pages.

I see there are complaints about the missing pages from as recently as a few months ago, with the first complaint over 4 years ago

Our favorite pages are those with Jake and Jack, in which you get to "shake shake shake

and I don't have to worry about the baby ruining the pages because the book is sturdy

The only section missing from the regular version happened to be my two year olds favorite two pages of the whole stinking book.

It is also missing the pages about the handkerchief.

The board book version is small but it's perfect for my 2 year old that likes to rip pages out of books
