    Harvest

    • This is Neils Best work
    • This is Neil at his most introspective, and it's a painful song to sit through for sure, but the realization that Neil is still here to actually be able to sing about the experience, shows that there can be light at the end of the tunnel (even if you continue to still fight those demons). As to whether this is the Best Neil Young album, Fans will argue Whether "Harvest" or "After the Gold Rush", is his best work.
    • While many cite "Harvest" as his best work, it's impossible to catergorize it that simply without hearing all of his output
    • This album is a truly remarkable work.
    • Between my gear and the beautiful restoration work, accurate, true transfer done by Tim Mulligan and John Nowland
    • It's one of Neil's finest accomplishments, if not the best work he's ever done
    • Some of Neil Young's finest works.
    • Are You Ready for the Country" is a charming, bumping piece with a singalong chorus and great work from backing band The Stray Gators
    • Indeed, despite the hideous and monstrous changes wrought by the alien being on the haplass population, I felt that quite a few of the post-transformation victims were actually enhanced by the changes; so unlovable were they at the outset
    • Not every book is a work of art, and not every work of art is entertaining, so if you want a hoity-toity art book, go pick up a Tolstoy.
    • but since I usually enjoy this author's work I set that misgiving aside and purchased this book.
    • This foray into the realm of monster science fiction, while not his best work, is still a solid read with plenty of artful prose
    • This is not Neil's greatest work, but it is still a masterpiece and classic of Countryish, Folk, Rock
    • Now, getting close to forty years later, Neil has morphed into folk rock's elder statesman and still puts out some creative work
    • What is interesting about this "Harvest" CD is how much of the best work here reflects where Neil Young was heading after that brilliant "heavy rock/psychedelic rock" flash of work with Crazy Horse (and his work before that with several other groups)
    • With the possible exception of After the Gold Rush, this is probably Neil Young's finest work
    • Unlike many bands and artists who have great success with albums that are not their best work, Neil Young's Harvest is an epic
    • Tonight's The Night" may be his greatest work
    • What is interesting about this "Harvest" CD is how much of the best work here reflects where Neil Young was heading after that brilliant "heavy rock/psychedelic rock" flash of work with Crazy Horse (and his work before that with several other groups)
    • I did enjoy the story, but not one of his best works
    • Neil says that it is probably his best work
