Lots of noise/sound options and colors of lights.

The product itself is good, but too expensive and my daughter didn’t like the blue color

Love the different colors, sounds and app on my phone where i can control it when not in his room while he’s sleeping.

Our kids (4 and 2) love the colors and different sound options.

I love all the different colors and sounds to choose from, plus we can turn the brightness up for feedings in the middle of the night without having to turn on a bright lamp.

We also found that some of the sound options are not consistent soothing white noise (it will swing between loud and quiet (shrill birds & powerful wind bursts are two examples) which is a little jarring), but there's enough other dull white noise options to be useful for us.

I have 2 practically useless Hatch products that are 2 years old

The Hatch has been great at helping my newborn to sleep at night

We have been using our Hatch for over 2 years and love it.

We love our Hatch and buy it for all the parents to be in our lives

So, we have loved having this sound machine for our toddler for a year and a half

I love the volume capability, remote access with phone, and that the light can be super dim

The white noise is not harsh as I can turn it up very loud and the decibles never reach to a dangerous level

Now I have to go out and get a real working white noise machine 🙄

The hatch has been so great for my 15 month old who likes a nightlight and white noise

I finally found the perfect light that doesn’t disturb my baby during bed time or during a middle of the night wake up

It turns itself off randomly and then turn itself back on at full blast both waking and scaring my baby at the same time

My baby enjoys the wind noise and the lighting is perfect to check on him at night or for night time feedings

The white noise washer machine sound is great for helping my infant sleep and blocking other loud sounds.

I tried a few different (cheaper) sound machines before I finally broke down and bought this one

I am nursing and it is so easy to be across the room and make changes from the app when I need things a little brighter or to quickly dim before I put baby down in crib

Finally, two nights ago, the cord just stopped working

iPhone chargers, the worst designed cord in human history, last longer than this!

so it doesnt upset the touchy cord.

Cord isn’t secure, falls out constantly

I tried multiple cords and none of them would work

In all honesty, I’ve never been so disappointed with the awful design flaw

This seems like a significant design flaw since it makes a product aimed at babies, very difficult to baby proof

Overall, I really like the Hatch, but it has several design flaws that were not thought out

5G was buggy and frustrating

The unit itself is durable, but the plug is cheap, flimsy and breaks almost immediately

The flaws are, the plug falls out the back very easily making it needing to get reset on the phone which is a pain

I think the color changing in the dark room at night was waking her up and scaring her because we dimmed the light and put it on solid blue and the night waking hasn’t happened since

had so many time of having to sneak in a room to adjust the sound, the clock, etc

How many times we woke up to a dark room when the machine turned itself off, scrambling to help a crying baby in the dark

In a dark room this is impossible because the volume bottoms are on the bottom

I use it day and night for white noise in my baby's room and for just enough light during middle of the night nursing sessions

This helps keep my loud neighbors drowned out!

We live in a one bedroom apartment and we have loud neighbors on her side of the wall

We live in an apartment building next to the stairs, along with noisy neighbors, and this thing blocks everything out so he can sleep properly

My kids use this every single night and during nap time due to loud neighbors
