It would seem just the right audio channel was wired incorrectly
Plain and simple, plugging both left and right channels ruins the quality to the point of being unbearable

I believe this is do to poor wire shielding this is a shame because other wise this cable works just fine.
The wire leading out to the connection plugs is a bit flimsy, but the bulk of it is very sturdy.
Excellent wires brought my Sega Genesis back to normal

I ordered this item for my old Sega, and it dramatically improved the picture quality.
This provided better and more reliable picture quality than the old cord I had been using previously, so no complaints here.
The cable seems to be decent build quality and the video looks good
