    HDE Dog Raincoat Hooded Slicker Poncho for Small to X-Large Dogs and Puppies

    • Great Velcro under belly and around neck
    • Nice strong velcro closures
    • but it's adjustable velcro
    • Here lies my main complaint: while the velcro itself is strong, the stitching holding the velcro strips to the raincoat is not
