Great battery arrived early was well packaged fit perfectly but what topped it off for me was that it came with these two little brass spacer fittings to flush mount your cables to get the best connection my battery that came stock on the bike from the dealership didn't even have than nice added touch also thanks to everyone else who writes reviews on here very helpful in deciding on this battery an the fact its and American made

I think mine was just a defective unit, especially because of all the positive reviews on here
