I love this thing.

Great way to organize your couple of headphones, unfortunately my husband forgets to use it, but the sticker is good and the metal is a good quality.

Does not come with a right-angle screwdriver, though, so you're going to want to use the sticky pad (pre-attached) or get ready for an hour of kidding yourself that you can definitely get it on there if you just give it one more turn before they strip.
