Using that booster helped, but we still don’t have good reception, or reliably good reception

I set it up initially in my home, which doesn't get the best reception

We had good receptions before but it will get cut off on and off during the conversation.

The unit was easy to program and very accessible via smart phone or tablet

I purchased this unit to improve the cell signals in my RV when camping

Tech support is great and very responsive

Calling tech support is useless because no one picks up the phone

I like that the app helps you find the strongest signals to boost, I like that the unit works (when set up correctly), and I like that tech support was responsive and able to figure out what my user error was

The only way of knowing if the Manual Installation works is checking the difference in the mobile phone's cell-signal bars per the manual (see pic 02).

Fortunately, I had help to set it up and it makes a respectable difference.

There are some differences between the systems but each of them works really well.

I have none right now but will update this review as I gain more experience

Originally, I tried a Weboost home multiroom since they are reputable and have a lot of positive reviews

It boosted my AT&T 4G from one bar to 3 bars

This works well as a booster, but it is a lot larger than I was expecting it to be, since it is labeled as mini.

I see some other people saying that this product is hard to put together.

The product is awesome in my opinion easy to install other than trying to run coax wires, took me about 3 hrs to completely install ( like a professional dish tv guy would do a installation lol)

However this does NOT support Sprint's Band 41 (Spark - 2.6 GHz Band) so you are stuck with the 1.9 GHz Band

This does NOT appear to support Sprint's 3G 1xRTT 1.9 GHz Voice Band for whatever reason

Doesn't appear to require other intrusive permissions, but I can't be sure because I never made it past the "register for a new account" screen (interestingly, if I were to be inclined to give a phone number what number would I give since I would be using this for data only (i.e., iPad)?).Fortunately, while you seem to give up on some precision siting/pointing this booster can be set up without the app; one just needs to find the cell phone tower and point to it

I found the best way to get in touch with them was with the phone number included in the documentation.
