So yea, I would not recommend these to anyone, and because of the dishonest pricing tactic, I would recommend that you stay FAR FAR AWAY from the seller "Modern Portables".
Great price for anyone looking for wireless headphones.

I got them 7 months ago, and the right ear now completely doesnt work
I started using them again but his time the the bluetooth connectivity is not there on the right ear
They are comfortable, which is something I look for in any headphones I purchase, because even if they sound great, if they hurt my ears I will not use them
after a while ear muffs hurts your ears even after breakimg them in dont fit my ears , would not recomment to anyome wanting decent

The metal headband and metal rings in the headphones are great but the cheap weak plastic around the bending of the bending feature of the headphones is terrible
The plastic on mine has begun cracking and the only thing holding it in place for now is the metal

Unless they say noise CANCELLING you are not going to notice any significant reduction in background noise.
Unless I've got some background noise, I cannot use apps like Spotify or Pandora to listen to music with my iPad at all, the volume is much too loud for comfortable listening
