I can't really comment on the sticky tape on the back as I have yet to utilize it
-
I love HitLights high density SMD 3528 warm white LED light tape.
-
good 3M tape glues strong no fake for sure
-
LED Tape LightWe used a light defusing cover
-
I then used electrical tape to secure the connectors to the housing of the safe while making them flush mounted as well
-
I will probably use a more reliable securing method because I've never really trusted tape to hold anything on permanently.
-
Not exactly a surprise from the materials point of view, but I haven't experienced with with specification grade (commercial) LED tape products.
-
I recommend completely removing the adhesive tape from the light strip and replacing with the thicker two sided tape you can buy at any hardware store
-
If you are concerned dust or grease sticking to the strip cover it up with 3M transparent packaging tape.
-
The sticky tape on the other hand is crap
-
I find these very bright, the only drawback is the tape on the back isn't the best
-
Ordered two Cool White LED tapes.
-
If you are a LED tape first timer like I was
-
I have used quite a few different brands of the LED tape for under cabinet lighting
-
Tape has held up very well and did not require additional adhesive.
-
I would still order them again - just not count on the sticky tape to hold...
-
These are the only LED tape lights i use perfect light temperature easy to use with connectors
-
Bad tape
-
Only minor issue is with the sticky tape on the bottom, which isn't quite so sticky, and I had to keep pressing it down again every day for a few days.
-
I have ordered Warm White LED tape lights from tis company twice and the lights were fine.
-
I used a magnitude dimmable transformer and a Lutron DvLV-600P-WH-600WATT dimmer switch.it is true the sticky back tape does not hold very well
-
As recommended by other users, I purchased some good 3M double backed tape and it worked like a charm
-
Easy to curve the LED tape for the corner cabinet.
-
UL listed led tape light, and it is maybe a few bucks more, but it is more safe to use.
-
I like the double density tape, too, for bouncing a lot of light off the wall to create a warm diffuse ambient light in my room,
-
Bright, constant color, strong adhesive tape
-
I install LED tape in people's homes and I can't have something this unreliable
-
The existing tape probably works ok if the lights are installed vertically
-
The tape on the back is kind of crap, but that is easy to work around
-
I staggered alternate rows by one LED so as to avoid a pattern of hotspots
-
We use them for practically all our under-cabinet lighting as well as in-cabinet lighting
