I bought this set for my grandson for Christmas - he loves them.
Once I saw this set included a number of other pieces and was only a few dollars more than the individual xylophone, I decided to splurge and go for the whole "band

The xylophone is made of great quality so there isn't that aluminum hollow sound when you play it
great quality at such a great price.the instruments seem durable and the xylophone sounds beautifully that I actually play it myself sometimes

This is a great toy for all 3 of them to play with (including me).

I got these for my 2 year old daughter because she loves music
He absolutely loves music and these items are great for him.
This is a very nice set of instruments for my one year old son who loves music!
And I don't have to listen to harsh electric music constantly that you find in the majority of baby toys nowadays.

The wave drum has beads inside that gives it a snare drum effect when tapping it, and the beads make a nice sound when shaken
Compared to other kids' xylophones, this one sounds much better: a nice clear sound and in tune
Most importantly, the sounds aren't obnoxious like so many other toys out there, so lots of play doesn't bother me at all
The xylophone has great sound which is absolutely key in the kit
All of the instruments, except the one handheld that I can't even guess the name of, have a really nice sound to them, the xylophone sounds in tune.
