The company has been very professional regarding product ordering/delivery followup and while I’ve not needed product support, I suspect they’d be very responsive in that regard as well.

After some time the company did not give me a refund they sent me a new one after about a month I finally had time to open and assemble it, I tried multiple times to get it to fly straight and did everything it asked to fix it
