and it was determined the problem was with the drone and not due to operator error, they shipped out a whole new drone the same day!

They were very responsive in dealing with an issue I thought I had, only to realize it was operator error.

Holy Stone could probably eliminate a lot of these negative reviews by improving their instructions and suggesting that the drone should be flown indoors until the user gets comfortable with the drone - thus avoiding fly-aways that are probably mostly due to operator error

I HIGHLY recommend this drone for beginners as it has tons of functionality, is easy to use, and doesn't require FAA registration.
